Kids on floor

Members of the Sunriver Music Festival Orchestra perform on the Village Mall lawn in small groups demonstrating the workings, sounds and harmonies of their instruments.  Kids are invited to get up close and personal with the musicians for a fun and educational experience. 

Young Artist Scholarship student, Katie Hagen, will be performing Hummel's Fantasy from Potpourri op.94 for viola and orchestra.

Once every four years, a select few young pianists emerge victorious from the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition: “the most prestigious classical piano contest in the world.”
Named one of the "up-and-coming talents" in the classical music world by Musical America in 2008, Chinese pianist Di Wu continues to grow her reputation as an artist to be watched.
As one of the six finalists at the Thirteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, Di Wu has received acclaim for her performances on both concert and recital stages.
