YAS Spotlight on Susan Rahmsdorff
YAS 25TH ANNIVERSARY ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT
A greeting to Festival friends from Susan Rahmsdorff-Terry:
"Thanks to the support from the Sunriver Music Festival (YAS recipient 1997-2002), I got my BA in Voice and Theatre Studies from Guilford College (Greensboro, NC) and my MM in Vocal Performance from the University of Kentucky (Lexington, KY). I moved to Denver in 2012 and have sung as a Professional Chorister with Opera Colorado since 2013, where I also work in the costume shop. I have performed in musicals, plays, operas and cabarets through the Denver area, but I primarily work as a Costume Designer (and have won several local awards for my work). Currently, the majority of my singing is to my 6 month-old daughter Essie!
I truly enjoyed my time singing with Sunriver Music Festival and I'm so delighted to see that it's still going strong!"
